Sunday 12 November 2017 - Sydney
This week, 2 families will be told their child has Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. The fatality rate is high. Families are shattered by the loss of their child. CDH survivors face ongoing health complications and surgeries. Emotional support is vital.
Help us achieve our vision: no family to face CDH alone. Together we can make a difference.
Our event is free to attend.
Registrants will receive a complimentary CDH Sunflower Sunday balloon, sunflower seeds and bubble blower for the dedication ceremony.
Kid's activities and games will be available for a donation on the day to raise funds for CDH.
Food options: Please bring your own family picnic or you may choose to buy lunch from Livvi's cafe.

Livvi's Place is Australia's first all abilities playground. The ground-breaking playground in Timbrell Park, Five Dock, was developed to reduce the barriers experienced by those with special needs, and allow children of all abilities to play together, side-by-side.
Raise funds and support CDH families
During the registration process you'll be asked if you'd like to fundraise for CDH Australia. Fundraising can be as easy as directing your friends to a webpage, and is a great way to support the CDH community.
Thank you for joining our day of celebration and awareness of CDH.
