Sunday 12 November 2017 - Melbourne
This week, 2 families will be told their child has Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. The fatality rate is high. Families are shattered by the loss of their child. CDH survivors face ongoing health complications and surgeries. Emotional support is vital.
Help us achieve our vision: no family to face CDH alone. Together we can make a difference.
Our event is FREE to attend.
Registrants will receive a complimentary CDH Sunflower Sunday balloon, sunflower seeds and bubble blower for the dedication ceremony.
Kids activities and face painting will be available for a donation on the day to raise funds for CDH.
